Crates
Custom designed wood crates may include inserts constructed with a variety of materials including plywood, foam, heavy duty corrugated cardboard, chipboard, felt, rubber and more.
In some instances crates may be replaced with a hyrid solution including wood and heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, as pictured.

Plastic Cases
Custom designed plastic cases may include inserts constructed with pick and pluck foam, precision cut foam, plastic or metal. More custom features include Velcro, variable latch and wheel options and customized locks.

Corrugated Cardboard Products
Custom designed corrugated cardboard products include items such as cartons, trays/lids, sleeves, sheet/pads, dividers/partition. A combination of these are often used together to provide higher levels of protection, and also combined with foam inserts or sets, honeycomb, chipboard, or wood.

Honeycomb Products
Honeycomb is often used in corrugated cartons not only for protection, but also as an insulator. It is also used for robust corner edge protectors or for pallets for light weight applications.

Chipboard Products
Chipboard is used for cartons, trays, sleeves, dividers and sheets, much like corrugated cardboard, and paired with foam pieces, sets or inserts for added shock or abrasion resistance. Thermoformed plastic inserts are also often utilized in chipboard containers.

Corrugated Plastic Products
Corrugated plastic products are used in a similar way to corrugated cardboard, as box and dividers, especially in applications where it needs to be cleaned, it is also an excellent reusable option.

Shadow Boarding
Shadow boards may be constructed with foam, corrugated or HDPE plastics, or a combination of these materials.
Plastic materials are ideal for applications where components may leave residue and the shadow board will require cleaning prior to re-use.

Foam Sheets & Foam Sets 
Foam is a popular protective packaging material available in a variety of types and densities to provide high levels of shock resistance and to prevent abrasion. It may be used from simple sheet form, to complex sets, depending on the application. Foam sets are commonly paired with corrugated cardboard or plastic products, crates or plastic cases.
