CORRPACK

Corrugated CorrPack is a lightweight and sustainable packaging material used ultimately to provide stacking strength, and also to cushion and protect. Its design is much like the flute found between the two layers of regular corrugated cardboard.

 

Corrpack is used for void fill applications in corrugated cartons, and may be custom cut creating a more environmentally friendly alternative to foam fitments. It may also be used as layer pads on pallets, if the product is heavy we recommend cross flute layering to increase the load bearing capacity. It may also be used in adition to corrugated cardboard sheets to increase strength.

PRODUCT DETAIL:

CorrPack is made from 100% recycled materials and is recyclable and biodegradable.
Its convenient style allows for nesting stacking minimizing packaging material storage space.
It is available in sheets and also may be customized to suit specific applications. Customizations include:
  •  Simple Cuts, or for more complex designs die-cut or CNC cut.
  • Combining with corrugated cardboard, CorrPack is glued to corrugated cardboard or honeycomb to provide cushioning for more complex shapes. 

As well as sheets, CorrPack is available in U-shape and L-Shape. Custom designed CorrPack fitments are used to line boxes, or provide shock and vibration protection. In some applications this is a safe replacement for foam fitments, reducing impact on the environment.
